Our Pricing

Ballooning is not an inexpensive activity.  My wife considers it to be a very expensive "Hobby"!  That reality is driven by the fact that, when you join us for your Traditional Shared Flight; or a Private Flight, we will be arriving with about $90K worth of equipment (including an FAA Registered Aircraft), as well as an FAA Certified Commercial LTA Hot Air Balloon Pilot and 2-3 skilled Balloon Crew Team members.  AEBF is fully insured.  And all of our equipment is annually inspected and properly maintained/stored.

But considering everything that goes into making a Flight happen, ours is amazingly affordable.  As so many enthusiastic guests have told us:

"the flight was beautiful,  ...we'll be doing this again,  ...it was like we were never moving and the landscape was passing us by!"

There is no age limit with children but they should be: at least 48 inches tall, stand/hold-on during landing, and follow Pilot instructions well!!!.  Young adults under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the flight.  See Eligibility and Restrictions.

Sorry, no senior or military discounts as this time.  We do thank you for your service!  We DO however, offer a small discounts for any of our returning passengers, or "Frequent Flyers".  And we've had a few.

• NO DEPOSIT is required to reserve a date.  So NO money is exchanged!
• We only ask for a Credit Card to HOLD the date.  NO DEPOSIT
• We'll send you a Confirmation Text or Email along with a link to the Passenger Welcome Page on this website.

Paying by Credit Card:

There is a 3% fee ($7.50/person for Traditional Shared Flight) included if keeping it on the card; and will need to be brought with you when taking your flight.

• We do ask for 48 hr. notice if you have to cancel.  We realize things happen, just give us enough time to try and fill that vacancy.
• $100/person CANCELLATION FEE will be charged if you are a NO SHOW for your scheduled flight.  In other words, if you stand us up without contacting us.
• The balance in FULL is due at the end of your beautiful flight.
